My gift card is not on the Preferred Merchants list, will you accept it?
If you do not see your merchant listed, please e-mail customerservice@MoneyTonic.com We will get in touch with you, within 24 hours, and most likely purchase your gift card.
I am mailing my gift card to MoneyTonic, do I need to send this with tracking?
Yes, if you are mailing your gift card to MoneyTonic.com, we recommend that you mail your gift card First Class Insured or with tracking. Please write down your gift card number before you mail the gift card. We are not responsible for cards lost in the mailing process.
I have a merchandise credit and it is on the Preferred Merchants list, can I mail it to MoneyTonic for cash?
Yes, as long as it is in the form of a gift card, has at least four months until expiration, and is at least $25.00 you can mail it to MoneyTonic. We recommend mailing your gift cards First Class Insured or with tracking. We are not responsible for gift cards lost in the mail.
Once I mail my gift card, how long will it take to get my money?
All gift cards that arrive at MoneyTonic are verified the same day. Your bank account will be credited in about 2 to 3 days.
